主讲简介：He received his PhD from the School of Life Sciences, Tsinghua University, where he studied under Professor Zhu Ting. His research focused on the construction of a mirror-image biology system, with key efforts dedicated to developing mirror-image nucleic acid sequencing technology and establishing mirror-image transcription and reverse transcription systems. He has published two first-author/co-first-author papers and filed one invention patent. After graduation, he has been primarily engaged in the R&D of next-generation sequencing technologies, concentrating on the optimization, development and improvement of sequencing reagents for nanopore sequencing. During this period, he has filed more than ten invention patents as the first inventor.博士毕业于清华大学生命科学学院，师从朱听教授，进行镜像生物学系统搭建工作，主要攻克镜像核酸测序技术和搭建镜像转录与反转系统，发表一作/共一文章两篇，申请发明专利一项。毕业后主要从事新一代测序技术的研发，聚焦于用于纳米孔测序的测序试剂的优化研发以及改进，期间以第一发明人身份申请发明专利十余篇。研究专长：新一代测序技术以及其应用。

主讲内容简介：主要介绍镜像生物学体系搭建中如何开发对应的镜像核酸测序方法，并简要介绍下新一代测序技术的原理，发展历程，搭建方法及其应用，并且从理论端分析其优化改进方向以及新的应用方向。
